Sauvignon blanc was sourced from the cool climate of Manjimup. The fruit was crushed and soaked on skins before gentle pressing. Fermentation was conducted in stainless steel tanks to retain fruit freshness. The nose presents passionfruit and citrus blossum notes. The palate busts with lemon sherbert characters leaving a clean, refreshing finish.
