Love the crunchy, dry provincial Rose styles from the south of France so its natural that we gravitated to making this style for our Rose. Pale Salmon in colour and made from varieties (Grenache, Sangiovese, Mourvedre and Gewurztraminer) that have crisp acidity, lifted aromatics and a mixture of sweet fruits and more savoury flavour characters. In recent years demand for our Rose has forced us to look outside from the Perth Hills to secure enough fruit leading to the introduction of Swan Valley Grenache.
