Sourced from vineyards in the central Perth Hills, this small batch of Semillon has been hand crafted into an elegant yet complex white wine. In its youth, it displays lifted citrus aromas of limes and lemon sherbert coupled with subtle oak characters. With time and patience, it will develop toasty bottle age characters.
