Shipping & Returns Policy


MyattsField uses Australia Post to ship all items to its customers. Shipping costs are clearly indicated at the time of purchase in your shopping cart.

Items purchased online are usually shipped within 3 business days and delivery can take between 7 and 10 business days.


MyattsField will refund or exchange faulty or damaged items purchased, provided you have your original proof of purchase from Myattsfield online store. 

Any claims for items which are faulty, damaged or not as ordered must be notified to Myattsfield within seven (7) days of delivery to the customer. 

The limit of any claim against the company shall be limited to the price of the items the cause of such claim and in particular no claim for consequential damage or loss will be recoverable against the Myattsfield. 

Online purchases can only be returned to Myattsfield. Please use the Contact Us form on the website to enquire as to the return shipping address. The cost of returning any product to Myattsfield is your responsibility. In the event we have made a mistake, the item is not as described, or the product is faulty or damaged we will refund reasonable return freight costs.

Credit Card Refunds

Please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer’s procedures.
