Sourced from an old vineyard in Chidlow. Here the vines sit in the Perth Hills iconic ironstone gravels over clay, ancient soils that are naturally low in fertility and require the vine to work hard for survival ensuring fruit of concentration and intensity. In the winery our focus is on the preservation of flavours from the vine to the glass with fermentation conducted in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures with yeasts designed to showcase the natural fruit flavours. The result is a wine with elegance, purity and drive.
