MyattsField is committed to its clients’ privacy and will only collect the minimum information necessarily required to enable you to register with us receive correspondence from us and purchase products to be delivered to you and make booking for events.

This information will generally consist of your name, address and contact details and matters (including credit card details) which may be required for you place an online order for the purchase of goods from us or the booking of events. Credit Card information is not retained once the transaction is completed and other information will remain in our system to facilitate our contact and further transactions, thereby eliminating the re-entering of frequently used information.

Your information captured on our web site is not available to anyone other than MyattsField. Other than what is necessary to complete your transaction with Myattsfield (for example the despatch of products to you) information will not be divulged to third parties without your express consent. Customer information including names and addresses will never be sold or licensed to third parties.

No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 per cent secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Information, MyattsField cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to it or from its online products or services, and users do so at their own risk. Once MyattsField receives your transmission, it makes every effort to ensure its security on its systems.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about our Privacy Policy or the collection, use or safe disposal or destruction of your personal information, your complaint should be directed in the first instance to us at: myattsfield@myattsfield.com.au We will investigate your complaint and attempt to resolve any breach that might have occurred in relation to the collection, use or destruction of personal information held by us about you in accordance with the Commonwealth Privacy legislation.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of this procedure then you may request that an independent person (usually the Commonwealth Privacy Officer) investigate your complaint.

Cookies

When you sign-in to Myattsfield we use a software feature called a ‘cookie’ which identifies you to us. Personal details are not contained in the cookie, and they are not used to retrieve any other information from your computer.
