This crisp dry Rose was made using Mourvedre, Sangiovese and Viognier grapes from the Bickley Valley. Its delicate pink hue is accompanied by lifted rose petal, apricot blossom and raspberry aromas while the palate display forrest berry fruits with a spicy, savoury edge.
