The art of blending is a philosophy at Myattsfield and this Gironde style blend is a great example. The fruit for this blend was sourced from the Bickley Valley and Manjimup wine regions of Western Australia.
Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Merlot (40%) from the cool region of Manjimup and the warm region of Perth Hills we blended together to acheive balance and complexity. Matured in a mixture of Franch and American hogsheads, the dark fleshy fruits are supported by subtle vanilla, cedaroak flavours and structured tannins. Drink now or cellar with confidence.
