Sourced from vineyards in the central Perth Hills, this small batch of Semillon has been hand crafted into an elegant yet complex white wine. In its youth, it will display lifted citrus aromas of lime and lemon sorbet coupled with subtle oak characters. With time and patience, it will develop toasty bottle age characters.
