This crisp dry Rose was made using Mourvedre and Viognier grapes hand harvested from our Carmel vineyward. It’s delicate pink hue is accompanied by lifted rose petal and Turkish delight aromatics while the palate displays crushed raspberries and strawberriy flavours with a savoury edge.
