2018 PINOT NOIR
Fruit for this Pinot Noir was hand harvested from the cool climate or Manjimup. Pre-fermentation cold soaking was followed by a short “wild” ferment before inoculation with cultured yeast. The wine shows pretty raspberry and pastille characters on the nose with soft plum and dark cherry flavours on the palate. Velvety tanins give the palate structre and a dry earth finish.
