2009 Verdelho

Originating from the Isle of Maderia, this Portuguese grape variety has proven well suited to the warm days and cool nights of the Perth Hills.

Grown on the gentle slopes of the Carmel Valley, the fruit was hand picked in the cool of the morning and gentle squeezed in the traditional basket press.

Its naturally high acid levels and delicate fruit flavours have been used to craft this elegant dry table wine.

The wine pairs well with Asian cuisine or can simply be enjoyed on its own.
