Cabernet Sauvignon (73%) from our Bickley Valley Vineyard was used to create this robust yet elegant wine.

Intense raspberry flavours dominate the nose and palate, while firm velvety tannis ensure good length and body.

 27% Merlot was used to soften and fill the mid palate.

15 months maturation in a mix of new and used French oak hogshead barrels before bottling.

This wine may be appreciated now or cellarded with confidence.
