2007 Chardonnay

The fruit for this Chardonnay was sourced from a Vineyard on the floor of the Bickley Valley.

Cold fermentation temperatures in stainless steel tanks were used to preserve the freshness for this unoaked Chardonnay style.

Bātonnage (lees stirring) in tank was employed to ensure the palate is soft and well rounded.

Lifted citrus blossom aromas greet the nose, while white peach and grapefruit flavours are found on the full and creamy palate. The finely structured acid ensures the wine finishes crisp and clean with long length.

This is an easy drinking, fruit driven wine designed for consumption upon release.
