Generous dark cherry and plum flavours combined with subtle charry oak dominate the palate.

A small portion of Cabernet Sauvignon (5%) was used to enhance the wines structure and length.

12 months maturation in a mix of new and used French oak barrels before bottling.

The result is a soft, full bodied wine with structure and elegance. Drink now or cellar with confidence.
