2007 "Joseph Myatt" Reserve

The Joseph Myatt Reserve is traditionally the best red of the vintage. It celebrates the families horticultural heritage by acknowledging the founding father of the original farm in Offenham, Engalnd.

In 2007, parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Merlot (40%) from our Bickley Valley vineyard were were selected for this wine.

Small open fermenters were used to achieve optimal colour and flavour extraction before 18 months maturation in new French oak hogsheads.

The resulting wine shows great concentration, finesse and balance.
