2005 "Joseph Myatt" Reserve

The Joseph Myatt Reserve is traditionally the best red of the vintage.

In 2005, select parcels of Merlot (93%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (7%) from our Bickley Valley vineyard were hand harvested for this wine.

Small open fermenters were used to achieve optimal colour and flavour extraction before 12 months maturation in new French oak hogsheads.

The resulting wine shows great concentration, finesse and balance.
